 A beautiful, rustic lodge in a peaceful, rural location. Constanza and her husband are wonderful hosts providing you with a smiley service whilst giving you privacy. The farm is at the foothills of a small rocky hillock which provides great opportunities for untouched climbing and exploring with no one else around. We went in February and the evenings were very cold but a downstairs small Aga style wood burning cooker provided some heat. The bedroom upstairs however had an air conditioner so in the evenings we retired early to the cosy heat offered there. Reminiscent of ‘times of old’ the dash to the bathroom was cold but when the sun rose the building heated up and we could eat outside if we chose. Local rivers, walks and beautiful scenery make this an ideal location for those that love the outdoors. You will need a car but the local village shops and amenities are only 5 minutes drive away and offer several small dining options and a convenience store. We loved our stay, petting the donkeys, giving friendly Otto (a sausage dog) affection and exploring the countryside. With farm buildings converted next to each other this is a great place for friends or multi-generational families to stay in natural surroundings. If you want to stay in a busy town or city this is not the place for you but if you want a taste of authentic Sardinian country living, it is perfect!

 “Perfect quiet place on the countryside close to the beautiful beaches close to San Teodoro (15min by car). Delicious breakfast with a lot of variation, home-made jam, fresh eggs.  “Costanza is a very sweet and open person. She was very efficient at booking, checking-in and overall communication during our stay. The house is very quiet, slightly off from the coast. You definitely need a car to get there and go around. The room was as described. Costanza prepared a nice breakfast every morning, it was very appreciated and in a peaceful environment. This is holidays for me! She even prepared a little give away bag upon our departure with nice smelling get dry herbs from her garden. This is perfect hosting! Definitely recommended for a local sardinian holidays ☀️”

 "Experiencing going through a rough two days of missed flights + rescheduling my trip throughout Italy... I arrived at Coco's house, and was met by her immediately. Coco was willing to speak with me on whatsapp, making everything way easier. The property is very nice, lots of outdoor seating, hammocks and even some donkeys. Coco dealt with two delirious travelers very well, saucisson and juice were waiting for us in our room + and an early breakfast was made for us the next morning. I definitely recommend staying here"!

 “The stay at Constanza's beautiful B&B was perfect. You need a car to get there, for sure, but once you got there, you won't regret it. Constanza is a superfriendly host who is always trying to help you with some extra wishes. She makes the best breakfast we ever had in a B&B so far and tries to adapt to the eating habits of her guests. The drive from Olbia airport was easy and you can reach the beautiful beaches of the north and east within 30-45 minutes. The rides will get you through the beautiful landscapes and nature of Sardegna. The room was tidy and big enough for two. If you are very tall, you might have a bit of trouble, since the ceilings aren't that high but for all under 1,90 it should fit. The bathroom is also very comfortable and just as pictured. Hot water and a steady waterstream included. The air conditioning also works perfect. If you love animals, this is your place. Donkeys, cats, otto the dog, the chicken... you will love them all! :) Thanks again for the great stay, Constanza! We will recommend you for sure! ”

 “A friend of mine and me stayed 4 days in Casa delle Fate for celebrating my birthday and had a really wonderful time there. The house and the spacious garden surrounded by nature are gorgeous.  Staying at Costanza´s was a revelation! Right away from the very beginning, while coming up the graval path for the first time, straight towards the illuminated entrance of the countryhouse, one felt to have arrived to a very special place. Reflexlike you descend to a slow and relaxed mood, breathing the fresh air and seeing the amazing nature around. The room itself is large and beautiful with a bathroom and all kitchen facilities necesarry. And it has a very good wifi connection, if you care to have one. Breakfast in the morning in the garden was very good and chatting with Costanza was a real pleasure. My implicit recommendation for all travellers seeking the tranquility.

 ¡Costanza es la mejor anfitriona que uno pueda encontrar! Siempre sonriente y servicial, ya antes de llegar nos encantó su disposición por ayudar. Una vez alli tuvimos un par de dias con grandes tormentas y se preocupó por que no nos sucediese nada e incluso nos subió provisiones para que no tuviésemos que conducir. Nos preguntó nuestros gustos para el desayuno, y nos ofreció unos ricos desayunos cada día. El apartamento es precioso, tal y como aparece en las fotos, y muy acogedor, en la parte superior de la propiedad de Costanza e independiente de esta. Sin duda alguna: lugar para volver y recomendar :) Grazie Costanza!

 Constanza was so friendly and helpful to us on our first Sardinian stay. Her home is beautifully presented and perfectly situated in peaceful surrounds between Olbia and San Teodore. We were treated to a lovely breakfast each morning before setting off on our daily journeys. The room was clean and had everything we needed including reliable internet. We wish we could have stayed longer than three days.

 Costanza is an amazig host. Right from the first minute we arrived at La Casa delle Fate she made us feel like home. me and my boyfriend visited Sardinia for 2 weeks and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay at. Costanza was always available for us, when we had questions or needed tips where to go (beaches, bars, restaurants, events...). The breakfast she prepared for us every morning was gorgeoius and the coffee was perfect! The room was beautiful and clean, the kitchen well equipped, very nice beaches are just a couple of minutes away from the place and ecspecially the warmth of Costanza and her friends made this holiday unforgettable. At La Casa delle Fate there are also some animals at home...Otto, an amazingly friendly and cute little dog and three donkeys, which we where a bit afraid of :D...but fortunately they are living in theri own area behind a fence :) We highly resommend to stay at Costanzas B&B, when you go to Sardinia,....you'll never find a better place!  We enjoyed our stay at Costanza's very much. She lives on a little farm with chicken, a dog and three beautiful donkeys. The youngest one is called Oreste and won our heart. <3 He likes to eat hard bread and fruits and will love it if you bring him something nice (or old). The room was really comfortable and cozy and had tea for free. Costanza made a sweet and delicious breakfast in the morning and was very nice to us. She speaks good English and suggested places for us to go. We highly recommend this host! :)

 Mein 15-jähriger Sohn und ich waren das erste Mal auf Sardinien - und haben gleich ins Schwarze getroffen. Eingebettet in eine wildromantische Landschaft liegt das verwunschene Landhaus von Constanza. Auf der großen Terrasse tummeln sich neben Dackel (Basotto) Otto ein paar Katzen und auch mal das eine oder andere Huhn. Der sardisch-ländliche Charme nimmt einen sofort gefangen. Überall laden Hängematten und gemütliche Sitzgruppen zum Verweilen. Das Gästezimmer (leider gibt es bisher erst eines) ist zwar nicht besonders groß, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und mit einem kleinen Bad und einer Küchenzeile - alles picobello sauber - vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet. Constanza und Giandomenico sind herzliche und in jeder Hinsicht aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute (die mit großer Trauer begangen wurde...) sehr wohl gefühlt. Mille Grazie!!!

 Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à la casa delle fate. L'accueil de Costanza étais très chaleureux et elle est toujours dispo pour des conseils sur les endroits à visiter ou des restaurants. La chambre correspond à la description et la propreté irréprochable. Nous avons adoré le jardin ou nous prenions tous les matins le petit déjeuné (excellent et varié) Nous garderons un super souvenir de notre passage la bas et surtout merci Costanza pour ton accueil !!
