The Agriturismo "La Casa delle Fate" has the "5 Girasoli" brand. It is an official classification of the Italian Ministry of Agriculture which distinguishes companies that operate regularly on the basis of national and regional laws. The 5 sunflowers symbolize a series of quality requirements (from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 5) to guarantee guests looking for a relaxing holiday, healthy and genuine food, nature, sport and wellness, environmental sustainability and comfort.
We offer our guests the overnight stay and breakfast service in two Stazzi, ancient houses in Gallura, and three bedrooms with independent bathrooms located in the main building. The Gallura Stazzi, apartments of about 60 square meters, have been recently renovated respecting the architectural canons of our tradition, from the exposed stone walls to the roof in oak beams and reeds, elements that create a warm and enveloping atmosphere and which integrate perfectly with the landscape context. The three bedrooms with bathroom and view of the beautiful panorama of the valley were built in 2022 with particular attention to materials. All rooms are soundproofed and insulated with natural materials of local origin, such as the precious cork that is extracted from the oaks of the Gallura woods. The wooden ceiling and parquet floors offer a warm welcome in the rooms furnished with care in respect of the local tradition. The bathrooms are large, bright and airy. They all have a large and comfortable shower, each bathroom has different details and colors, recalling the past without sacrificing comfort. All our accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, linen and essentials for the bathroom, fridge, kettle and unlimited wi-fi line.
Breakfast is served on the new and large terrace among the secular trees. A position from which it is possible to admire the pairs of doves flirting on the branches and the majestic granite rock that overlooks the farm. We offer a variety of desserts rigorously prepared by us with the raw materials of the farm, the eggs of our happy hens because they are raised in freedom and jams made with seasonal fruit from the orchard grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. It is an Italian breakfast and, therefore, in accordance with tradition, sweet preparations prevail, but we meet the tastes of our friends who come from abroad and who love salty foods. For all lovers of these dishes we prepare delicious omelettes, crepes and savory pies with vegetables from the garden.

The Stazzo “Nìbaru” (Ginepro in Gallura dialect) is an elegant and spacious cottage with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Recently completely renovated respecting the traditional architectural canons of this part of Sardinia, the Nìbaru stazzo offers the ideal solution for families. Its location, within a three-hectare farm, offers the possibility of spending a holiday in contact with unspoiled nature. Stazzo Nìbaru, on two levels, has, on the ground floor, a large room with hob, a sitting room with double sofa bed, an elegant bathroom and a wooden mezzanine where there is a large sleeping area with a king-size bed. size. The accommodation, of about 60 square meters, has air conditioning, smart TV, refrigerator and unlimited and free wi-fi line. Guests of the Stazzo Nìbaru have access to private parking and an area equipped for eating outdoors.

The Stazzo Sùara (Sughera in the Gallura language) is a delightful cottage surrounded by greenery. The accommodation has been completely renovated recently according to the traditional architectural canons of the typical construction of this part of Sardinia, the Stazzo Gallurese. The Stazzo Sùara stands at the foot of a majestic granite rock set among secular oaks and fragrant Mediterranean essences. The large living room balcony overlooks the garden and 120+ year old cork oak tree. The accommodation, of about 50 square meters, consists of a large room with a hob, a delightful bathroom embellished with original and precious elements and a wooden mezzanine with a double bed. The accommodation has air conditioning, smart TV, refrigerator and unlimited and free wi-fi line. Guests of the Stazzo Sùara have access to private parking and an area equipped for eating outdoors.

The Mauve Room is a delightful Twin Room with private bathroom surrounded by the relaxing color of Mauve. a precious plant generously offered by our land of Gallura. The Malva room offers you a breathtaking view of the valley of our charming town of Azzanì. A glimpse of the vineyard and the field of our donkey and horse farm. A painting from times gone by that invites you to rest and serenity. The Malva room is equipped with TV, climate, wi-fi and small fridge. The private bathroom, all in shades of mauve pink, is welcoming and very bright thanks to the presence of the ceiling skylight.

La Camera Lavanda è la regina del palazzetto gallurese. Nei suoi 35 mq accoglie comodamente fino a 3 persone. E' una grande e luminosa camera con bagno costruita recentemente con pavimento in parquet, soffitto in legno e pareti insonorizzate. Dal suo balcone che si affaccia sul piazzale dell'agriturismo si può godere di una vista mozzafiato sulle dolci colline della tipica campagna gallurese. L'ampio bagno blu ospita una grande e comoda doccia ed offre il massimo dei comfort pur offrendo preziosi elementi del passato. La Camera Lavanda è dotata di frigorifero, clima, smart tv, bollitore e linea wi-fi illimitata.

About us
La Casa delle Fate is a farm immersed in the green countryside of Gallura, located between Olbia and San Teodoro. Our estate extends on the slopes of a suggestive granite rock, over three hectares of land where we cultivate olive trees, fruit trees and a large variety of aromatic herbs. Lavender, helichrysum, sage, thyme, mint and lemon balm are some of the scents that surround our farm.
Our company
La Casa delle Fate è una azienda agricola dalle antiche origini. L’attività risale al lontano 1800, quando i nostri nonni si occupavano dell’allevamento di bovini e ovini e della coltura di foraggio e cereali. Erano dei piccoli proprietari terrieri che vivevano nello Stazzo, nucleo abitativo tipico della Gallura, risalente al 1600 e alla base di un tipo di società autonomo e sostanzialmente autosufficiente. Lo stazzo era il fulcro della vita in campagna, comprendeva la casa e un certo numero di tanche, impiegate a rotazione per l'agricoltura e la pastorizia. Un determinato gruppo di stazzi, formava la "cussogghia", un agglomerato di abitazioni che, con le loro famiglie formava questo originale ed efficiente sistema sociale ed economico. Siamo orgogliosi di aver proseguito il percorso dei nostri avi e di aver tenuto viva l'azienda e la cultura tramandate di generazione in generazione, animati dalla passione per questa terra meravigliosa. Oggi l’azienda si sviluppa principalmente nella coltura di una grande varietà di erbe officinali con particolare riguardo alle specie autoctone, come l’elicriso, il timo e la lavanda e nella produzione di uova di galline rigorosamente allevate in libertà. Da qualche anno ci dedichiamo anche alla coltura degli ulivi e di alberi da frutto. Dalle nostre erbe aromatiche ricaviamo oleoliti e saponi. Tutte le nostre colture vengono trattate in maniera naturale senza l'utilizzo di sostanze chimiche.
Condividiamo questo angolo di paradiso con tanti amici pelosi e pennuti dando spazio anche alla biodiversità della Sardegna: abbiamo infatti 3 Asini di razza Sarda, Pedro, Oreste e Lucio (che si distinguono per la taglia ridotta e per il mantello sorcino con riga mulina crociata) e un Asinello di razza Asinara (speciale esemplare caratteristico dell'Isola dell'Asinara) sempre di ridotte dimensioni che ha manto completamente bianco con cute rosa e occhi rosa-celesti per un albinismo parziale. Assieme a loro c'è Aron, il Pony curioso e invadente, l'Alpaca Nico, esuberante e dolcissimo, una grande famiglia di Caprette tibetane guidate dal capo gregge Ignazio, due Pecore sarde che si chiamano Wilma e Oronnori, una famiglia di Oche romagnole guidate dall'autoritario leader Reginaldo, una moltitudine di Galline variopinte che ci garantiscono tutti i giorni le uova fresche per la colazione dei nostri ospiti. C'è infine il grande e attento guardiano di casa Tito, un Pastore Maremmano Abruzzese dal carattere gioviale e giocherellone e i fedeli Gatti Pigro e Borgioletta, instancabili cacciatori di coccole.
La tenuta, situata fra Olbia e San Teodoro, si estende alle pendici della suggestiva roccia di granito su tre ettari di terra incastonati in una suggestiva vallata. Offriamo ai nostri ospiti la possibilità di conoscere usi, costumi e tradizioni di questa parte di Sardegna. In azienda, durante la vacanza, è possibile degustare i nostri prodotti e percorrere i suggestivi sentieri che portano al bosco, al fiume e sulla montagna che sovrasta il podere.

There is so much to learn from the countryside. Our guests, young and old, are involved in the knowledge of the area, its morphology, natural characteristics, traditions and customs through direct contact with the rural reality of Gallura. We illustrate agricultural activities, crops, breeding, processing methods and environmental protection techniques to the youngest, paying particular attention to direct observation of the life cycle and the importance of respecting nature through conscious use and parsimonious of Earth, Water, Fire and Air. In our program there are naturalistic itineraries with the observation of native plants, their characteristics and the explanation of their importance for the protection of the territory and its hydrogeological structure. One of the proposed itineraries has our medicinal herbs as protagonists, their characteristics and therapeutic properties, the methods of conservation and extraction. But the most appreciated part of our ludic-educational and recreational activities is undoubtedly that which concerns our four-legged friends; the donkeys Oreste and Pedro with their friend Pony Aron, the Tibetan goats, the geese, ducks and laying hens. Spring is the best time to witness the spectacle of life. The births of donkeys, kids and chicks are undoubtedly one of the most touching and meaningful experiences for our guests. Animal-human contact, in addition to transmitting positivity and serenity, is the first step in understanding the importance of respecting animals, their needs and well-being.

- If you arrive from the port or airport of Olbia, take the road to Sassari, 4 lanes Olbia-Nuoro. Enter the crossroads for the 4-lane Olbia - Nuoro, San Teodoro, Budoni. Drive about 10 km, then turn at the crossroads for Trudda. Turn left following our signs and drive about 5 km on a small asphalted road. If you come from southern Sardinia, take the state road 131 towards Olbia up to the junction for Trudda (shortly after San Teodoro). Enter the hamlet of Trudda and follow the directions on our signs. You will find us after about 5 km of a small asphalted road.

The area of Gallura where our farm is located is famous for its beautiful scenery. From the countryside to the splendid sea. In the surroundings of our estate it is possible to explore suggestive routes both on foot and by bicycle. You can discover this territory with us and our donkeys Pedro e Oreste. Our long eared grey friends will guide us to discover a unspoilt place in Gallura through a quiet and enchanting path, where you can taste some of our local products. Before starting you will meet our friends Pedro and Oreste, and together we will prepare them for the trip, loading everything we need in their bags. But if you want to know the history of our people you can visit, in Olbia, the archaeological museum and the Nuragic, Punic and Roman sites. The greatest cultures of the world have passed into this corner of the earth and have left their precious traces that it is possible to know in the archaeological routes that start from Olbia and reach Arzachena. Then there is the priceless heritage that Mother Nature wanted to give to Gallura, the sea and the beaches, miles of breathtaking coastline with different characteristics. In just 15 minutes by car you can reach Porto San Paolo, the center of the Tavolara Capo Coda Cavallo Marine Park, a nature reserve where you can experience the evocative experience of diving in the water along with a wide variety of marine life. The whole of Gallura can offer a long series of breathtaking beaches: from the Bianca beach of Golfo Aranci to the Cinta di San Teodoro, it is possible to reach the most beautiful emerald-colored coves in just over 15 minutes by car.

Il Comune di Loiri Porto San Paolo, con la delibera di Giunta 132 del 2023, ha stabilito le seguenti tariffe: 2 euro a notte a persona . Sono esonerati i minori che non abbiano ancora compiuto il dodicesimo anno di età.

Prima colazione
Ti auguriamo un felice risveglio ogni mattina e ti aspettiamo nel nostro piccolo paradiso, il giardino avvolto da una lussureggiante vegetazione. Serviamo la colazione nel grande tavolo sotto gli alberi nel retro della casa dalle 7.30 alle 9.00 del mattino.Ti accoglieremo con caffè,cappuccino, tè caldo,latte e succo di arancia e tante altre prelibatezze preparate da noi ogni mattina con gli ingredienti naturali prodotti nella nostra azienda agricola.
Riassetto camere
Il riassetto della camera e il cambio della biancheria verrà effettuato ogni 3 giorni (escluso partenza e giorno prima) se la camera sarà liberata entro le 10.30 della mattina.Vi chiediamo di lasciare in terra gli asciugamani quando volete che questi siano sostituiti. Nelle camere è a disposizione degli ospiti un bollitore/teiera con vari infusi. I bagni sono dotati di set di cortesia e asciugacapelli

Chiavi
Per la vostra sicurezza le chiavi di ingresso alla struttura non sono replicabili, in caso di smarrimento il costo della sostituzione della serratura vi verrà addebitato. La direzione non è responsabile di furti o smarrimenti di oggetti lasciati incustoditi all’interno della struttura.

Il parcheggio privato si trova dentro la proprietà ed è gratuito.
Minori
All'interno della tenuta i minori devono essere sempre accompagnati dai genitori. Si declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni o infortuni .
Rischio incendi
La Sardegna è ,purtroppo, una terra dove spesso si verificano pericolosi incendi. Le alte temperature, unite al forte vento e ai comportamenti sbagliati possono essere causa di veri e propri disastri. Per questo è severamente vietato utilizzare il fuoco in tutte le aree dell’azienda . Vi preghiamo, inoltre, di usare prudenza con mozziconi di sigarette, accendini e qualsiasi altra fonte capace di innescare le fiamme.

Politica di cancellazione
Le prenotazioni annullate saranno soggette a penali come di seguito riportato:
- sino a 30 giorni prima della data d’arrivo verrà addebitata una penale pari al 30% (valore della caparra versata) dell’intero soggiorno;
- da 14 giorni a 5 giorni prima della data d’arrivo sarà addebitata una penale pari al 70%;
- da 4 giorni prima della data d’arrivo sarà addebitata una penale pari al 100% dell’intero soggiorno prenotato;
- In caso di “no show” o di partenza anticipata sarà addebitata una penale pari al 100% dell’intero soggiorno prenotato.
Il Comune di Loiri Porto San Paolo, con la delibera di Giunta 132 del 2023, ha stabilito le seguenti tariffe: 2 euro a notte a persona . Sono esonerati i minori che non abbiano ancora compiuto il dodicesimo anno di età.
Trattamento dei Dati Personali
I dati personali ed ogni altro elemento appreso dalla nostra Azienda nel corso dello svolgimento dell’incarico, saranno soggetti a vincolo di segretezza e saranno trattati nel rispetto della riservatezza e dei diritti della persona tramite l’applicazione sistematica da parte nostra di apposite misure di tutela e garanzia predisposte sia per il trattamento cartaceo che elettronico dei dati e misurate alla specificità del dato stesso (semplice dato personale oppure dato sensibile o giudiziario). Ai sensi e per gli effetti del D.Lgs. 196/03 si informa il Cliente che i suoi dati personali verranno trattati soltanto per gli scopi determinati dal rapporto contrattuale a tali finalità (ivi compresi i fini contabili ed amministrativi).
I Servizi principali
Prima colazione
Ti auguriamo un felice risveglio ogni mattina e ti aspettiamo nel nostro piccolo paradiso, il giardino avvolto da una lussureggiante vegetazione. Serviamo la colazione nel grande tavolo sotto gli alberi nel retro della casa dalle 7.30 alle 9.00 del mattino.Ti accoglieremo con caffè,cappuccino, tè caldo,latte e succo di arancia e tante altre prelibatezze preparate da noi ogni mattina con gli ingredienti naturali prodotti nella nostra azienda agricola.
Riassetto camere
Il riassetto della camera e il cambio della biancheria verrà effettuato ogni 3 giorni (escluso partenza e giorno prima) se la camera sarà liberata entro le 10.30 della mattina.Vi chiediamo di lasciare in terra gli asciugamani quando volete che questi siano sostituiti. Nelle camere è a disposizione degli ospiti un bollitore/teiera con vari infusi. I bagni sono dotati di set di cortesia e asciugacapelli
Internet
È possibile connettersi a internet. Il Wi-Fi è gratuito e disponibile in tutte le parti dell’agriturismo.Sarà sufficiente cercare LACASADELLEFATE 1 oppure LACASADELLEFATE2 e inserire la password “oreste12”.
Chiavi
Per la vostra sicurezza le chiavi di ingresso alla struttura non sono replicabili, in caso di smarrimento il costo della sostituzione della serratura vi verrà addebitato. La direzione non è responsabile di furti o smarrimenti di oggetti lasciati incustoditi all’interno della struttura.
Parcheggio
Il parcheggio privato si trova dentro la proprietà ed è gratuito.
Minori
All'interno della tenuta i minori devono essere sempre accompagnati dai genitori. Si declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni o infortuni .
Rischio incendi
La Sardegna è ,purtroppo, una terra dove spesso si verificano pericolosi incendi. Le alte temperature, unite al forte vento e ai comportamenti sbagliati possono essere causa di veri e propri disastri. Per questo è severamente vietato utilizzare il fuoco in tutte le aree dell’azienda . Vi preghiamo, inoltre, di usare prudenza con mozziconi di sigarette, accendini e qualsiasi altra fonte capace di innescare le fiamme.
